Radius (formerly ATD/TirePros)

Had this App for years, no issues. Changed password and now it doesn’t work at all. I tried everything they told me to try and it still doesn’t work. Called three times and they said they would call me back but never did. Worst support ever.

App is useless. No products come up after any type of search and always give error when starting app. This app was great at one point and now it’s gone downhill

The new app is SO slow. It’s takes much longer to advance past each screen. This was never the case with the old app. Hopefully the developers can address this issue.

Needs to be able to change to Landscape mode on my IPad as my credit card stand that holds my iPad sets it sideways. Other than that, the app is very easy to use

Wish it had more tire specs but works amazing

I was very impressed by the layout, and speed of this app. I was very excited to use it, so I can engage with my customer and they are able to see tires in color instead of me running back and forth to print out listings. Upon use, I found it seems that the app isn't quite the same as the website. I was looking at ironman country at s for a customer. I had a set already and I showed him and he wanted those. I looked up the tires by size, and the pricing was not the same. I then looked up the tires by product number, but no listing popped up. I went back to my computer and looked them up and I found what I was looking for. The ease of this app is great, but I would rather not spread misinformation and confusion to my customers while using my trendy iPhone.

With just a few taps and swipes I can order tires, wheels or supplies. Great for events such as car shows when we are away from our computers.

Great app keeps my counter guys away from the counter and engaged with our customers.

Easy to use! No problem so far!

Great new app. Fast search results, easy to view details and simple ordering at my finger tips. Allows me to check stock/prices anywhere at anytime. Great tool.
