Why update the app if it doesn’t work how can I see where my vans are

Only used the card once so had to remind myself of the pin opened app and all you get is a buffer circle this need’s sorting as my previous card app was always ultra reliable

Pay good money for the trackers and the apps not fit for purpose kicks you out all the time and then won’t load back in

Unable to connect

Push notifications don’t work. Contact velocity but still not working. No point having a tracker if it doesn’t tell you when your vehicle is moving!!

This app works once in 5 attempts always end up deleting and reinstating the app just to see where the vehicles are. Sort it out please velocity!!

I can’t access any details for transactions in the new app. Just get a blank screen amd the app freezes. This needs sorting. There’s no point in putting the mastercard in of it cannot be accessed. Now I have to wait until the invoice comes in.

Apps not working unable log in

App crashes each time when attempting to log in following the update. I’ve tried to delete and re install. I’ve tried to force close and re try but no result.

Just says No token received from the server, however when I make contact with Velocity, it’s apparently not their problem as everything is working tickerty boo. Some customer service!
