Why can’t I choose my preferred server ~?

The gaming experience is awesome.🤩 But why can I choose Sever ~?😳 Because of this, me and my friends can only play alone ~ 😭 If you guys did not fix this, me and my friends might be quitting this game ~😒

every time theres updates but nothing can be downloaded via appstore.

Games Issue ( New Update on 8th June 2022)

Previous post: Hi, Im having an issue which is huge. Herewith listed below: 1. The games always crushing. -The games keep crushing and shutdown and restart by itself during playing. Due to that, The consumable buff have been used is wasted during AFK grinding. 2. Space Infinite loading issue. -There is massive loading time to entering the space infinite challenge. It caused 3-5 seconds delay to entering. The result from this I’m failed hunting the monster boss because always entering the challenge in the last call. Due to that I’m losing the oppurtinity to seizure the prize. 3. This is only suggestion. Which is to announced prior server maintenance in the games via mailbox system. So we as player can arrange our farming session to avoid any wastage usage of consumable buff. For your information, I’m playing this games on my Ipad Pro and Iphone 13 Pro Max. And also I’m using stable internet connection which is 300mbps. I hope there is huge improvement on the issue listed above to avoid any complication of player emotional and arrangement time. Looking forward to the above matters. Update new post on 8th June 2022. The problem and issue I’ve listed still not resolve and yet i do not received any feedback from customer support. In additional, There is a lot of hacker. And I believe a lot of player have addressed this issue to developer but yet still not see any effort from developer to counter hacker issue. Next, I’ve just realised the ON BUFF ( Rangnarok NFT Token) seems irrelevant. I have try to withdraw but it need ETHEREUM crypto as a withdrawal fees. I suggest the developer to provide wallet exchange in orders to avoid such an expensive fees. Or else it will look that “The NFT” of ragnarok labyrinth just a scammer. Payment Issue and poor customer support

brought a labyrinth pass season 2 since they refreshed, payment is successful but yet they did not active my pass, also I have reported this issue in support center but still not a single reply after 5 days, don’t bother now, requested refund and uninstalled.

Full of Hacker (Do not waste time playing)

This game hacker is protected, reported with video evidence yet hacker still up and playing destroying the the gameplay (infinite dungeon, pvp, guild war) - 2 attack destroy the emp with only less than 100k BP, even in pvp 100k BP or less can beat all player include 360k BP player. (Tips: Hack your way up instead of paying to get good equipments) This game is good but customer service don’t bother any complaints Same old reply by customer service, Greetings, Thank you for contacting us.
