On 2 Febuary 2024 the game have issue for facebook login, wich is resolved the next day, and in the announcement they promised to give compensation 8 Bcc every hour, until the problem resolved. I asked CS about it and then they accused my account for binding on apple id wich i don’t. I only bind my account on facebook. And they keep deny it.
I’ve played this game since it released and i spend my money too, then this is what happend.

Lag, Freeze, Crash
This became wore and worse! Even on lowest setting, LAG so bad when GvG. Enemy char late render, freeze like 5s+, then crashing. Does your optimize lag popup do anything??? More new hero class = more lag
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
5 years plus since open beta player, my fb got hacked and disabled, all i asked just bind it with my apple account since it has the same email as my hacked facebook so i can get back to play again. Moreover, i have also provided all the evidences and valid ids to prove them that i am the rightful owner. I even challenged them what else do you want me to prove? Ill provide it right away! What a bunch of lazy admins! Thanks for the memories.. GGWP

Once a cool game
It’s saddening to saw you guys favor spenders from specific regions under “kafra premium services” and you guys make it happen in LIVE server not in test server, and making an excuse as “lacking resources in other regions due to language” is a fkin bull$hit! I love ragnarok so much, you guys bring a new stories to it, but you also crushed it with favor to specific regions only
Keep your food voucher and bulba coins away, it wont do, august 4th 2023, tmr already MP season (pvp) u guys suck
