Please don’t use them ever!!!! They are rip offs and take your money. They took my money and never bought for me a worker even though I complained many times and no one helps you.‏مرة سيئة

Rubbish application which is not user friendly at all. Absolutely no customer service. The live chat function is useless, no one helps you with your questions. I cancelled a service ahead of 24 hours, and the service was not reschedule and I didn’t receive a refund. Raha owes me 600 SAR and I cannot find anyone to help me.

Apparently the agent tells you they cannot assign a certain cleaner who you have used in the past. It is impossible according to the customer representative. Terrible.

It’s embarrassing to know that such a big company has no insurance cover to replace the broken items by their staff. The only thing they can do is legally execute the worker involved.

التطبيق رائع وسريع والحجز سهل وغير معقد لكن فيه ملاحظه مهمه الدقه في الوقت ياليت يكون واضح الساعه كم توصل الخادمه.. وبالنسبه للاستفسارات مافي احد يرد علي !!

لا انصح بالتعامل معهم وخاصة فرع بيشة لانهم غير ملتزمين ثلاث زيارات يعتذرون عن الحضور قبل الموعد ب عشر دقايق وسببوا لنا احراج الله لايوفقهم واغلب عاملاتهم غير مدربات ومايجون ع الوقت أبدًا همهم الوحيد المبلغ وللاسف خدمة ماتستحق ربع مبلغهم حسبنا الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل
