The new mobile banking app, Raiffeisen Smart Mobile Business, for SME companies has a brand-new, intuitive design, with the most important banking services and products!
Main features:
You’ll find everything easier, due to the brand new, intuitive interface.
It’s much easier to send a payment as now we have a unique form for transfers.
The new Dashboard shows all your company's accounts. You can personalize the Dashboard and make it your own, using a simple “drag&drop”.
You can download account statements for all accounts opened.
You can schedule future payments, bill payments and you can save them into templates.
You can upload a salary payment file and authorize it.
You can park payments and authorize more payments all at once.
You can change your user name any way you like.
You can add our new Raiffeisen SmartToken app and give up the old physical token!
You can find your closest ATM, Multifunctional ATM or branch near you.
You can open an additional account directly from app
You can recover your username
You can open a deposit in the local currency, lei. Just complete and sign the electronic form for direct establishment from the application.
All your cards will be visible in the section “Your cards” directly from Dashboard.

Like the title says. Also, passing the responsibility of security to the user without accountability from the bank
Procedura abuziva
Lăsați-ne dreptul de a alege, dacă vrem o aplicație in plus. Din ce observ doar cele de bine pot fi trimise
Cale lungă, funcționalități esențiale lipsesc
Comparativ cu alte aplicații bancare, aplicația Raiffeisen nu oferă o experiență de utilizare plăcută. La fiecare update trebuie să reconfigurez pentru a mă autentifica prin face recognition încât am renunțat și utilizez PIN. E singura aplicație din telefon la care utilizez această modalitate de autentificare. În plus, cu tot efortul de digitalizare, e cerută periodic prezența mea la cozile de la ghișeele fizice ale bănci. Asta e un No Go și un motiv de a căuta o ofertă mai modernă.
Sa vb cu un operator e imposibil
Se blocheaza foarte des si nu raspunde nimeni la telefon *2000 am stat 30 min sa intru in legatura cu un reprezentant raiffeisen.
Probleme Tehnice
Numai probleme in ultima vreme cu aplicatia….din cauza aceasta chiar ma gandesc la o schimbare !
Cine da 5 stele la aplicatia asta
Mare parte din timp e in erori nespecificate Cand merge iti da extrasul de cont in zip? E mai buna ca ce? Aplicatia de la brd care oricum nu stie ce e ala itnernet banking sau ca aplicatia bt care e mai mult down decat up?
