Why can’t I see the magazine in a digital format of the hard copy rather than these separate stories
The online magazine doesn’t open. It’s a real pity as it is an excellent, authoritative publication.
This morning tried to subscribe from iPad app - ‘failed due to too many redirects’ after allowing to share my email with you.
Great. Reader for many years. JAMES S LYON
The news feed doesn’t load on opening the app and endless attempts to login fail, still no solution
Subscribed and downloaded the latest issue, read a few pages before heading off to do other things. The content of the magazine looks great, but when I tried to get in a second time and the app just opens to a blank white screen with a small Rail Magazine icon in the middle, but is completely unresponsive. Will give it a day to set itself out, then if no luck will cancel my subscription.
I paid for an annual subscription to Rail magazine but after reading 2 issues I was unable to read any more of them I’ve no idea why and technical support has been no help I’m left having paid for something I can’t use Very disappointed
This is a really great app that seems to work quite well. It’s relatively easy to navigate and is good for just buying a magazine on the odd occasion. As always, the publication’s are great and really informative.
Contrary to the developers’ helpful notes, the new release does download itself onto devices running iOS 10 - then promptly fails to function, meaning no downloads old or new. Please correct this. (Rating is for the application, not the magazine).
Too many magazines try to add unnecessary interactivity in their publications these days which bulks up file size. This is one of them. Would much rather have a plain old .pdf file that takes up little space in comparison. The publication itself is great of course.
