Force update
You stop the ability to use of an older version that was reasonably stable to force users to update to the newest version that crashes immediately upon loading on multiple devices. Do you not test these before release?
iOS version unplayable
Update after update have done little to stabilize this game on iOS. App crashes regularly, can’t see messages when typing as keyboard sits on top. Collecting video bonuses is a major chore. Best advice is avoid the iOS version until developers put some priority into fixing it. Support requests are opened and immediately closed with messages saying they are aware of the problems. These tickets should remain open until problems are solved. Desktop version looks and runs great.
Game is great, app is horrible
Latest app update has made game almost unplayable. Takes forever for app to load, and several servers will not even load inside app. Complete disaster.

There are some bugs
I love the strategy of the gam, but the “features” (bugs) on the mobile app are painful. If you can get past needing to restart the app, messages that don’t work and some weird error codes, it’s wonderful.
Unstable
Fun game. Great for busy people working at home as you really only need to check on it once an hour. Unfortunately it crashes two to three times a day, requiring a reload.
