Has more options than I was expecting

This has helped me today and will help me countless times to come when im dealing with anxiety and stress problems. Amazing app!

volume changes wake me up

the sound is great, except that the volume swells louder and quieter very slowly, so that at its quietest it doesn’t mask sounds, and at its loudest it’s disturbingly loud. I’d like to adjust that!

Helps with anxiety

This app is so calming. Whenever I would start getting anxious or sad, I would put in my headphones, play some music, and put on rainy mood. It’s so nice to listen to and you can just drift to sleep if you need to (there’s a sleep timer)!

I dislike nightmares.

Let's get this straight. I am, surprisingly, not all that emotional in person. But we're not in person. However. I have trouble sleeping. I don’t have anything close to, or like, insomnia. And yet, I still fall asleep between 11:45-12:12. Sometimes later than that. I am a young teenager, and I DESPERATELY need (and want) my sleep. So it's a pain when, not only do I fall asleep late, I also have reoccurring nightmares. I, occasionally, will stay up just to avoid nightmares. This app changed that all. I no longer stay up, this is part of my bedtime routine, turn on ‘Rainy Mood Lite’ And pop the headphones in. I’m asleep within five minutes of my lying down now, and somehow this app has cured my nightmares. It's a RELIEF to sleep now, and I look forward to sleeping.
