RaiseCloud-3DPrinting Platform

I enjoy being able to remotely adjust settings but it’s kinda useless when the camera never loads. I feel like a $6K printer should have a more reliable app!

RaiseCloud was one of the biggest reasons for buying my 3rd Raise3D printer but the app has gone to the birds. Will rarely connect now, the webcam never works for either the e2 or the pro2+ and I need to resort to Remote Desktop into a machine connected. O well still awesome printers, but this app is almost better to not to ever know about it than know of what it once was .

I enter the username and password, press sign in, then the app just freezes. Absolutely useless! At least I can log in via a browser to monitor prints. How difficult can it be to actually have a working app?!

I am not sure why soo many people are complaining about the camera feature. I just got my E2 and the camera feed on the app, web, and desktop are pretty smooth. It’s at least 10fps. Exactly what I want out of it. The app is very intuitive and most things work very well. Overall I’m pretty happy with it and does exactly what I want.

Can’t log in.

It used to work quite well. Was a nice way to update. Recently, it pulls a phantom print in run from before and starts the print. Need to use the website. Soo close to being great.

App worked okay (laggy low-res video, but it still played) up until a few days ago. Now when I hit “camera” to check in on a print job, the camera screen pops up with “Time Out”. Doesn’t matter if I’m on cellular or wifi in the same room as the printer. Kinda kills the benefit of having a camera in the printer, which was a big selling point for me. Please fix this!

Just downloaded the app but can’t login. Clicking the button does nothing

I've tried multiple emails and password combinations and it won't accept anything. Contacted tech support and they tried to set up an account for me and that didn't work either.

When first setup, if the printer was online or offline it was shown and the camera feed was fairly good considering. Now the printer keeps dropping offline while printing and the app says that the camera is “Not Activated” even though it is. Would like to see a fix for this as the printer is on the latest update as well as the app. Right now it is useless as I can’t keep track of my prints and stop if something goes wrong while away.
