They are worse ins service they just take money and then no replies. Visa process is worse and wallet they take money and never give back they are not at all giving any reason the representatives are not replying back and they never do anything on that Never register in that they just want money and no service

Bad option I regret going with Rakez, the team is so slow and have no idea what’s going on and don’t know how to solve the problems, for renewal of trade license it took me more than 2 months and still is not ready although I fully paid and gave them all the documents they need still not ready yet after 2 months, and i wanted to add one visa is other story! When I first applied they told me it will cost a little bit more for add extra visa, it turned out that it need about 30-40k Awe to add extra visa! I don’t think this is little more fees!!!
The app is very convenient to use. All RAKEZ services are accessible at one platform. This made my work more efficient. Thank you!
