Rally Rider - Travel together

THERE ARE STOPS ALONG THE WAY. For $100 I do not expect to spend 2 hours of my time in a bus making 4 stops along the way and sitting in traffic. I won’t be using again. Arrived late to the show by 45 minutes and did not get home until one hour after the time stated

Do not use Rally. They are a scam. They change departure times with zero notice, and while they have text and call alerts, they only let you know via junk folder emails a couple hours before. In our case it was a 9:35am departure to the KC Chiefs parade that was the same the night before, and then they changed it to 9:00am at 5:09am the day of. So naturally I don’t wake up at 5am to skim my junk folder, but nothing in the app… nothing in text… nothing via phone call… they have text and call alerts as I finally received notice of the change, but not until a text at 8:44am (16 min before the new departure) and a call at 8:54am (6 min before new departure). I didn’t check my text, bc I was driving on the highway to the rally point, but when the call came I was shocked to say the least. They’ve done nothing to help other than make their “maximum refund” offer of $50 (our tickets were $240). I think they are a pathetic company, with less than helpful customer service, and I wouldn’t waste a dollar with them again. I’ve always heard bad things about them, but until now I haven’t gotten to experience it. DO NOT use Rally.

This App is a fraud. It dispatches private individuals that own passenger vans, Sprinter Vehicles, and old recycled buses for pick up and drop off at major events. The problem is that it hides the identity and contact information of the owner/operator—the driver. If a problem arises (which did in my case do to their faulty communication) there is no way to contact the person driving, and no recourse for their failure. I bought two round trip tickets and they left without contacting us (and changed the pick up destination last minute) then it was more than an hour after the event did they reveal where to go for the ride back. We weren’t going to wait and made different arrangements to get home. When I tried to get a refund the customer service person (who was very hard to understand do to his thick Indian accent) refused. This service is a SHAM. Do not fall for their promises.

I purchased 2 tickets to get a ride to Taylor Swift at $80 a pop. The day before they changed our pickup time from 4:30pm to 2:30pm! Once we figured out childcare, on the day of, we were literally 1 minute late to catching the bus. No text— nothing. It had just left us stranded. I called immediately, and they refused to issue a refund. I’m out $160.

Congratulations Rally, you scammed me. I purchased three tickets and I don’t know if the bus ever went. The bus was never confirmed and never canceled. I didn’t get my money back. be warned.

I’m unable to promote the trip via FB and Twitter to book more riders. This is a serious glitch and needs to be fixed. Contacted support and received polite, ineffective responses. Kind of done with this app. Hope I’m reimbursed.

Overall a great experience. Bus driver was amazing. Dropped us off right by the door and picked us back up. Nice seats with a bathroom and bus was clean. I travelled with my friend at 17 without an adult and I had no worries once I was on the bus. So it was 2 teenage girls going alone to Chicago for a Taylor swift concert. This worked out perfect. Our busy driver made sure we got on the bus after the concert. 10/10 would definitely go again

Bus never showed up to pick up spot for Las Vegas motor speed way. We literally standing on the dot.

At Elton John’s farewell concert at Dodger’s stadium. 1/2 hour late. But there’s more …. At the end of the concert. NO BUS IN SIGHT. No one contacted us, nor was the company online (even chat) at 12:45am to let us know what was happening -- it was a traffic nightmare up at the stadium parking lot, and we had no way to feel confident that the driver had the wherewithal (or competence) to make it up to the lot with such a large bus (cars were barely moving more than 1 mile an hour). The traffic attendant told us that large buses should stay parked on the premises (not leave...there are designated areas….those who leave never make it back up with large vehicles). RALLY PEOPLE were not available -- at 12:15am — didn’t see hide or hair their rally bus, and not seeing how ANYONE could make it up to the parking lot within hours….THUS, we chose to hire a limousine service (only resource available) for $300!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE again and will not recommend them to any of my VERY LARGE group if friends. MINUS ONE STAR. We will be protesting the original cost!
