Subscribed, yet content is unavailable, card was charged

I subscribed to the annual plan, but the content is still locked. Checked and saw that my card was charged, but the app does not seem to remember any purchases. I reached out to support, but have not heard back from them since. Cannot recommend, until my case gets sorted.

Cancel subscription

It’s not possible to find how can someone cancel the subscription and avoid the automatic payment method. Please let me know how can I.

Too complicated..

software structure is simply not logical.. menus are difficult to use :-/
