They send you a code to verify password change and code does not work..

If you type a message and switch to a different app or if your phone goes to sleep the entire message is forgotten. This forces you to have to type it all over again. It should memorize the typed text but it doesn’t. I shouldn’t have to type my message in notes first to use the app. Also, a nice feature would be to add reactions to messages. It would be great if I can select a users message and add an emote reaction to confirm I have read it without needing to reply to it.

Now that the private chat was added I like this App bet than Team Snap.

We can get Ramp Team for free through our association. Our team pays to use TeamSnap out of our own funds. That’s about as much as you need to know….

Cannot see what I am typing in team chat window, please fix this. Also no option to delete any messages sent wrongly

Beyond the technical malfunctions and confusing UI/UX in this particular app (which I have found is considerable), I feel that the entire RAMP ecosystem is disjointed, needlessly complex, and unintuitive. I think RAMP needs to hire a real UX specialist and go through some usability studies with actual users (not just RAMP engineers or association presidents). As an example, there are five different platforms for doing various tasks and in some cases there have to be multiple accounts on the same sub-platform. This can disconnect a user-flow so much that it can span four different sub-platforms. If this ecosystem wasn’t marketed to associations as what I can only imagine is a lowest-cost/lowest-effort solution, it’s unlikely, in my opinion that it would be chosen by users. As it stands, I don’t believe that parents and players would choose RAMP if not forced by their respective associations. I also believe that associations that choose RAMP are possibly alienating their customers like me (parents). RAMP: please take some strides to make this a solution for the end users (parents and players). Associations considering RAMP: please reconsider until RAMP brings its app rating above 3 stars.

The team chat window is bad. Can't type in sometimes. Lose typing window. Please fix

Not a great app. Currently can’t see the chat bar when typing a chat. Crashes often. Temperamental at the best of times. Has great potential but like all RAMP things, more complicated than it has to be.

BE WARNED! If your team uploads player photos the Ramp app will load them over and over again while viewing schedules and rosters until your cellular data is gone. Thanks Ramp, your “free” app cost me a fortune in data overages and top ups.

Worst app I’ve ever seen. No options compared to TeamSnap. Online is down often and team incoming messages aren’t even readable for days. Poor design.
