All ok, no issues whatsoever and I received certificate within 20 min
I never leave reviews but thought this one was needed. IGNORE BAD REVIEWS. I’m flying to Spain today 15th sept 22 and this app worked just fine. Test scanned fine using iPhone 13 and extremely easy to use. Test certificate back within a couple of minutes.
Was surprised how well this app worked. Just needed to set account up with passport to hand. Got my certificate within minutes. Before you scan test, it asks you to confirm what time you took at bottom - or it sets as the current time, then you have to wait 15 minutes, just change it to 15 mins prior. No problems on iPhone 13 max pro.
As with other users this app is simply not suitable for more advanced i phones and failed several times. Fortunately the holiday company said they would accept the order and cassette as proof of negative test. A complete waste of money! Wish I’d seen the reviews before buying the test!
Doesn’t work on new iPhones - the image is body as the camera can’t take a close image and the app is too stupid to adjust. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE OR USE THIS APP!
Are you going on holiday? Do you need to submit a covid test result? Do you need a certificate to vouch for your negative result? Stay away from this app! Unable to submit an image in order to gain a certificate to provide to an airline. Tried nigh on a hundred times to submit a picture and nothing. Contacted the the staff and we were told it was server issue and to try again later. Did as advised and still nothing.
If you scan the wrong passport in the App and enter a person’s personal/contact details, you are only able to edit the personal/contact details meaning that an incorrect passport may be sitting behind the personal/contact details of a different family member. There needs to be a ‘delete profile’ option within the App not just the option to ‘edit the profile’. Contravenes GDPR (ie Individuals Rights) should a family member require their personal details to be removed.
The information/ interface in this app is contradictory to the information provided with your test. The sheet that comes with your test tells you to download the app, then follow the instructions in your test kit, then scan the result. Simple. Indeed when you go into the app the first thing it asks you is that you can confirm you had taken your test in the last 30 minutes. However, having done this, when you come to submit your test it then forces you to wait while you watch a 15 min timer countdown before you can scan your test result, which I assume is so you have 15 mins to conduct your LFT test! But it’s just asked you to confirm you’ve already done this, so this is bonkers, and you should wait 30 mins not 15 before reading a test result anyway. Whilst you can try and skip this and put a time in manually for when you did your test, I found it would not accept any time entered within, on or in excess of the 30 min window. This means when you submit your test, it is inevitably going to be late.
Who designed this? Clearly not fit for purpose. Setting up the account is hit and miss. The instructions are almost non existent. The scan facility is very poor. I’m now in my 35th attempt to scan a document in. All it says is move farther or move closer. Farther from what? If I move away it won’t scan.
