Can’t even log in
The delivery team needs to POST SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS in the app description! Nowhere in the app description or “Requirements” do we see that the app does not support iPhone SE. You may get stuck in a loop where the phone keyboard covers the username and password entry fields, meaning that you can’t log in. If you contact tech support, count on at least 5 back-and-forth messages before the first-line team escalates the ticket. Four or five more iterations occur before Engineering comes back with, “We don’t support that phone.” The app is useless if it doesn’t work on your mobile device. If you try with an unsupported phone, you’ll waste at least three hours of your life before anyone asks the right question.
