I can’t get into the app

It’s my first time downloading this app from App store. So I wanted to check it out then of course I opened the app, first it required me to sign in with an ‘Artist Name’ then I put my name on it, after I did that, I can’t get in the app. I tried so many times, I changed my name but I reall can’t. I don’t what the hell this means, please help.
