I couldn’t activate my account with my Nigerian new international passport. I guess it’s because the image on the passport is in black and white which is the immigration new pattern of issuance . Kindly look into it

I downloaded the app many times but I couldn’t complete the registration. Finally I was able to complete the registration after many months but then after that the open refused to work. It just keeps loading. It’s basically useless. Please fix this!

Why can’t I send money from Nigeria to Ivory Coast, it only gave 4 option(country) to send from, which is, USA, Canadian, Europe and Uk. What happen to so call African to African transfer pls kindly look into this and get back to me
