Customer service in Qatar are the worst’s, I have a complain and there are guy his name Mahmoud hey yelling at me !!! The flowers was small and dirty and I will never use this app again.

Very bad customer service, I had to remind them to transfer the cancelled order amount of money. They later transferred it after 22 days. Though the receipt shows that they only transferred it that given day when they told me they did transfer it prior but the bank would take some time. Avoid.
