This might happen to some people but when I downloaded this app it almost broke my phone. When I used the app it got stuck and said please wait for 10 minutes then when I kept exiting the app it broke my phone for 20 minutes by glitching a loading screen and my home screen. I kept going back and forth until it finally worked. I deleted the app immediately. So this might happen to some phones too.
Move your face back a little bit if your face is zoomed in and your face looks too big The thingie that outlines your face is totally off. Gotta say, The app is pretty good
