RatePunk: Flight & Hotel Deals

The billing process is pure scam! You can easily subscribe for a free trial, but in order to cancel the subscription you have to access through the desktop version of the website (i.e. you can’t do it from the app or the mobile version of the website). I cancelled the subscription on the website few days before renewal; apparently it worked, but suspiciously they didn’t send me a confirmation email: indeed few days later they charged me the annual subscription fee! Luckily Apple allowed me to contest the charge and I got a quick refund, but please be aware of the scam mechanism behind subscription cancellation.

Bruh free search anywhere & click airplane ticket to buy premium membership again. It’s scam!

I’m not able to find any airfare. Does not show me anything.

Not sure why they are charging for domestic “deals”… A waste of money.

I paid the $17 fee and since, have never been able to log in online any web browser. I was able to log into the app, but the app is non-responsive on the functionality to see the plan and cancel. I had a back and forth with help support and their solution was to log in and adjust the settings…BUT I CANNOT LOG IN!!! Freakin scam!

Very bad I don’t know where to start. Avoid at all cost. They are just after your money. I’d like to read from anyone who had a good experience with them.

Downloaded RatePunk from Apple App store. Clicked RatePunk app open and a 4" x4" blank window opened up and nothing else. The blank page, which opens EVERY TIME i click to open the app, reminded me that nothing can also be something at the same time! So I got my loupe out and checked to see if the window was truly blank, and it was not !! I saw LED lights that make up my display, working together to fool my eyes as I witnessed the illusion of nothingness come true !! 🤩
