Why is your app always updating on salary day?? When we need it the most your services are either down or updating. Must be the worst banking service in the Philippines

The app is super slow. I think it is the slowest among all of the bank apps I use. Pls do something about it. I just wanted to check my transactions.

Can you please add again the option to do Scheduled transfers?

Altho there are so many glitches happened to my scheduled fund transfer, esp start of the month, the fund does not transfer accordingly. But Im disappointed now that they took it away, its not anymore in the app.

Been a stressfull experience with This bank last year. It took a year to fix the invalid charges on my card. Despite of being enrolled in GoLighter installment plan. Every month it keeps adding invalid charges on my statement, crazy! I had to call every month to escalate, email their customer service and collection department, sobrang stress ang inabot ko. It affected my daily lives, mental health and everything. Buti na lang I fully paid it. I cancelled the card. Not worth the energy. Never again I patronize RBANK. It was a trauma!
