Would be nice to have more details on the transactions appearing, and also to be able to add our own notes on the transactions. Would be very useful for people with joint accounts. A bit lit the Desjardins app. Appart from that, app is okay
Your notifications DON’T WORK
You send me notifications to verify my login, and when I click allow it ALWAYS says “looks like you lost your internet connection” when I didn’t. Yet of course, the don’t allow button works perfectly fine.
Bad
It works for transfers and all, but it’s been a week since my credit card category stays loading and the support is just as useles, they just told me to reinstall the app which of course I had already done and told me it could be a connection issue… after I told them it had been like this for days, I of course had already tried with and without wifi and from different wifi networks. It’s just so bad.
Too much security.
The app doesn’t trust me and it has too much goddamn security. Pisses me off.
Deleted the app AGAIN
I do RBC online banking just fine from Safari but in order to activate two factor authentication I have to be in the app. I’ve been in the app for less than a minute and I’ve had 3 unhelpful pop ups and an advertisement. Ridiculous app.
Account Preview Issues
Use this app allll the time but for the last 6 months or so the account preview widget hardly ever works. Always asking me to sign in again but that never fixes it. I have uninstalled the app and widget so many times to fix it but it doesn’t work. Frustrating as this feature is super helpful when I need to quickly check the balance standing at the cash

Unusable
This app used to work so well. In the past 2 months, I haven’t been able to access my accounts with this app, Or online banking without spending at least an hour trying to sign in (all using the same, trusted device). So disappointed. I guess the silver lining to this is the tellers jobs are no longer in jeopardy?
