Description

RBC Workplace is an occupant facing application which allows organizations to introduce flexible desking policy and make the best use of the spaces available in a commercial setup thus allowing building owners to optimize the real estate and its associated costs. Users can see the available spaces on a floor using ‘Floor Map’ view and navigate to a particular space of interest. User can physically check-in to spaces using various scan options and get notified about the start and end of reservations. The app allows user to leverage frictionless access capability to smoothly walk in to a facility or a floor.
With help of the app, facility managers can bring in efficiency in employee productivity, optimized processes and additionally achieve facility energy savings.
