I’m so done with this credit union. I have an account here and with another credit union. The other credit unions app is ALWAYS available to me. This one works when it wants to! I’m so tired of getting “bad request” the majority of the time I try logging in. So frustrating.

I’ve been with Rcitymobile for many years. They never disappoint
Duplicated payments
I keep getting errors when I make a bill payment. I get “bad request” I submit again then get duplicate request. This happens will all my mobile bill payments.
Love it!
I find the app easy to understand and use, even though I am legally blind. I love the colors also! It’s great!
