Connection Issue Alert
The RCN office mobility app is solid experience overall, providing useful features that enhance productivity. However, I've encountered some issues that affect its reliability. Occasionally, text messages within the app are delayed or fail to send or receive correctly. Additionally, the app sometimes sends multiple notifications for incoming calls when it fails to connect, mimicking the alert up to 2-3 times a day. The notification for the failure to connect gets in the way when using the phone. I've ruled out connection issues as the potential cause, as my internet connection is consistently strong, both at home and on mobile data, where I consistently have full signal strength. My home WiFi has a 2Gbps fiber connection that has never failed on me. I do not experience similar issues with any other applications, which leads me to believe the problem may lie in the app's connectivity with RCN services. Despite these intermittent connectivity issues, I believe the RCN office mobility app is fundamentally a good product. However, addressing these glitches would significantly improve its functionality and user satisfaction.
