Cuando darán solución hace días no puedo utilizarla ya la eh reportado y me comentan que es por parte de la plataforma ,espero respuesta ya que es muy útil para mis padres por medio de la app activar la alarma,solución!
Tengo 2 alarmas instaladas en diferente lugar
Y solo me manda notificaciones de la primera q di de alta y la otra no me manda notificaciones
No funciona
Actualicé la aplicación y ya no funciona. Tengo que activar/desactivar solo en el tablero del aparato… ¿Qué tengo que hacer para que funcione la actualización de la aplicación en el celular? Espero indicaciones para poder usar la app. Gracias

Desde el mes de enero no puedo activar o desactivar mi alarma en la aplicación , no se que le hicieron a la aplicación pero no funciona
Sonido de alerta
Desde que se actualizó la app me cambio en automático el sonido de la alerta por una que no se mantiene sonando.
Armed away
When I remotely arm my alarm it arms stay instead of away, how can I fix this ? Cuando armo remotamente mi alarma en lugar de armar total away arma en modo stay, hay alguna forma de resolver esto ?
