RdSAP GO

Coming from Quidos, I was quite interested to see what I presumed would be an increase in quality of the app, I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with something. I would argue this app is barely functioning when compared to its competitors.

Please update the app so you can upload multiple images at once, it’s such a waste of time and you’re more prone to make mistakes!

This is hopefully constructive feedback to the developers from users on the ground . Feature Requests 1- Can you facilitate the wide angle capabilities of most modern phones within the app .. having to take the photos externally from the app to be able to take wide angle photos is a slow procedure when importing through the app into the report . Alternatively allow multiple selecting of photos through app . 2- when answering survey questions within app please can you facilitate swipe left or right or even tick box to answer yes / no questions . Currently having enter a new window to select yes or no gets very repetitive after the 80th time on one survey . 3 - Lots of the issues we encounter are the same again and again I.e mould heavy , cracks in render etc .. can the app not remember text previously entered to save repeating free text data entry 4- last but not least could this app not be combined when required to RDSAP Go as we are often duplicating data entry it would potentially work much more efficiently if it could be combined into one app .. Hopefully some of the above will help with development .

Great handy little app, annoying when you have to switch back to light mode to use this app.

The app basically works well but the bugs are driving me insane. When in a job for work allocation, filling in details is easy but as soon as you press back to go back to the work allocation list it crashes every time so I have to go back into the app again, plus the camera blacks out and after 2-3 hours use it crashes for no reason.

Does all it’s supposed to apart from the photo upload function which is in my experience unreliable, you would be well advised to check that all the photo’s for every assessment have been uploaded, an irritating task.

The inability to upload photos into RdSAP from Photo Album and only being able to take photos inside RdSAP is pathetic. This is beyond basic and yet lacking in the app. I want to be able to take all the photos and then fill out the assessment at a later time. I don’t want to be forced to use the app whilst I’m doing the assessment and take photos at each step. I know what I’m taking photos of and they are usually taken all in one go at the end when I do my assessments. Why is the app forcing this linear process of taking photos at each point. Where is the flexibility? I entirely understand that this approach is probably done to keep the assessment and assessor within a linear process, and whilst to some people they might like that method, but to me it’s hindering and locks me in too much. Fix this please!
