ReachBook เป็น application สำหรับอ่านหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (EPUB Reader) ตามมาตรฐาน EPUB3 ที่พัฒนาขึ้นภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนพิการด้วยการพัฒนาหนังสือที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงและใช้ประโยชน์ได้ เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการเข้าถึงหนังสือเรียนหรือหนังสืออื่นๆ ในการอ่านประกอบการเรียนรู้
ReachBook รองรับการแสดงผลข้อความภาษาไทย และสื่อ multimedia รูปแบบต่างๆ เช่น รูปภาพ ไฟล์เสียง และวิดีโอ รวมทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับโปรแกรมอ่านจอภาพ (Screen Reader) TalkBack เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้พิการทางสายตาเข้าถึงหนังสือได้
