Why did we build 'Read by QxMD'?
Health care professionals need to stay up to date on the latest medical research and topic reviews to provide optimal care. Unfortunately, the process of content discovery is broken with research artificially compartmentalized by publishers and hidden behind countless institutional pay walls.
At QxMD, we believe that knowledge translation– the process by which new knowledge is incorporated into clinical practice – is an important and unsolved challenge for our health care system. We hope that ‘Read by QxMD’ will be a part of the solution.

So great to be able to read in your own time rather than have emails clogging your inbox. I love the clean well-designed interface too.

Excellent app for full text journal articles with institutional access. Searching can be pedantic - needs words of title in correct order.

App is now broken and unusable
The previous version of this app was brilliant. But, since the last upgrade it crashes every time I try yo open it. Please fix it. I used to use this app daily and can no longer use it.
Great little app
This is a great little app. Best if you have some institutional access to the literature but even the references will help with any topic. I recommend it highly.
Great app
Great app! I'm surprised I only just discovered it! The read function still got me many papers I wasn't really interested but this still is a really useable and well presented platform.
