The highlighting feature is too sensitive to slightest movement of pen/finger that it fails to function properly. When ever I let the pen down after selecting some lines, it keep on selecting other lines mostly lines above where I wanted to highlight. Ughhhhhhhhhhh

beware! not all of your assignments will show up in the assignments tab

I liked this app at first- I could do my reading & assignments even while offline. However, I’m no longer able to download my assignments. I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times. My phone is up to date. Not sure what else to try and couldn’t find any information online. Without access to my assignments, this app has limited value for me.

I don’t understand, where does it download to?? Can you download the entire ebook? I don’t get it

This was a great up until the recent update. When I updated, it asked me to redownload the assignments but it won’t redownload anything and I can’t delete anything because they’re all not downloaded. I can’t work on any assignments. Is there a fix on this?

This app will show all previous courses along with current courses with no option to hide content or observe your action to archive the class in connect. Tech support is absolutely useless when it comes to supporting this junk application. Tech support’s response was to use the connect website rather than the app. If you spend outrageous amounts of money on higher education textbooks, bandaids are not acceptable. There is also no option to control the spoken content voice. Absolutely no settings. Just a worthless app from a worthless company.

Owning the monopoly on textbooks doesn’t mean it’s somehow justifiable to offer a subpar experience for your users. If anything, your services are expected to have the leading technologies for user experience. Absolutely shameless.
