Useless

You can sync with your desktop catalog but not much else. You can’t edit the entries and it shows only partial information. Using this requires a payment through their site. Unbelievable

Not much here

Too expensive for what you get. After a lot of work to transfer your database, all you get is a plain listing of what is in your desktop program. Very disappointing.

Less than Worthless

I thought I was getting software that would help me catalog my books. Wrong. This is really nothing but connection to an already created database that you can use when you go to bookstores, I suppose so you won't buy the same book twice. Stupid.

My wife and I read a lot and we found that we could not always remember which books we had already read or owned. On more than one occasion we purchased a book already in our library. Readerware addresses this issue and others - like books I have loaned. And, it does it in a very smart way. I only have to put in the ISBN number ( or scan a barcode) and it searches the web for information, catalogs the book, and allows me to search the catalog by title, author, or many other terms. I have been a user of Readerware products for a number of years. (This includes the desktop version as well as Palm Pilot versions.) I have always found the product to be very useful and very easy to use. The quality of the releases and technical support has also been excellent. Until recently the only thing missing was an iOS version. (The data could be exported to an Excel spreadsheet and used that way on an iOS device. While that worked fine, it was a little hard to use on a small screen.) Now, Readerware 3 solves the iOS issue and makes Readerware available across all platforms. The RW3 app continues the tradition with a fast implementation, an easy to use interface, and a quality product. I use RW3 on both an iPhone and an iPad as well as the Windows desktop. I can easily recommend this app as the best catalog product available.

Great app. Always have my book list with me. So far has helped me not buy at least 6 duplicate books. Thank you .

I have used readerware for years and love how easy it is to keep track of books. In order to getting an ipad, to bring toy he library, I had to use a report writer and then manually transfer it over. The result was that I didn't often bother. Now I amiable to seamlessly, transfer all the data to my ipad with an indexed searchable interface. After seeing how good it looks, my wife is now creating her own database of read books.
