Incomplete process
Hi ReadID: I had problems with my other passport and could not complete the ID verification process: it shutdown after the passport scan and before the live selfie requirement. There was no hotline or helpdesk number to call to ask for advice on why I experienced this problem and/or what I could do to fix it. I recommend you add this help function to your app: Not just generic answers to FAQs and not just a robot, but a real person at the end of the line. Tx
