I never got to try the app. I wanted to use it when travelling, but you need the premium subscription for offline reading, which is $30/month. You also have to create an account with either your Facebook info, or directly with them. Neither is a good option as the privacy policy says that they “generally don’t share your information ...” and then later say that they do share your information with their partner vendors.
Bought this app to help me power through documents at work. Read a couple Books though it too. There is room for improvement, but as it is, it already works really well. Developer group is in contact often, and seem really engaged in making it better. Worth what I paid for it. I would recommend.
ReadMe! Is a great app! I love being able to fly through a book in less than half the time it would take reading a paper book and still be able to take it all in.
I’ve been using for years but the development seems flaky at times. For a while now I’ve had the app crash whenever I try to add a book (via email, Dropbox, or iTunes). I’m on an iPhone XS Max right now but it happened on my 6S too.
I think it’s perfect for small screens! Increases reading speed and I feel like I retain more
Seriously sped up my reading speed with this app! Can’t wait for the Apple Watch version of this... seems ideal for tiny screens.
Account creation is painful. Premium is rammed down your through without a good idea of what it offers. Was hoping to get something like word runner but for iOS. Save your time and avoid.
Completely useless
Now I finally have the time to read all the classics that I've never had time too. I'm usually a slow reader, but now I can easily read at 450wpm or more. This is my go to reading app for when I'm on the go. I love how it tells you how much time is left in the chapter and the book. War and Peace in 10 hours and 41 minutes if you're up to it!
I use this app for Spritz reading. I started at 300wpm and have increased the read speed each week or so. Now I'm finishing off several books a week. I love this app.
