Horrible update to readme

Where is the customization? I want a black bar with greyed out type for dark mode. I don’t need to know how many words a minute I’m reading. I know. The page progress bar is distracting and the app goes to sleep. Fix please.

Love Spritz!

The app is obviously still in development but the only feature I’m really waiting for is dark mode since I primarily read at night. Using spritz I’ve been able to read a lot more so I'm very grateful! Hope the development continues!

Old Spritz app worked better

DeltaTangoMango on

Not sure why the old Spritz was turned off but I figured the alternative was going to be better but it’s just barely good enough for me to continue using. The issues I’m having derive from having my stored books STAY within the app for me to use. I’ve returned to the app many times now to find absolutely nothing saved. All my stored books have disappeared and need to, not only be re-loaded to the app but, have their bookmarks redone. As of today, I’m only loading and reading one book to this app and hoping tomorrow it’s still there. Sad

Decent has a good ways to go

If this is intended as a replacement for their original app then it has a ways to go. Lacks the ability to jump back a sentence or two while still running the speed reader. Lacks the ability to select start location, no dark mode, speed only available in increments of 50 etc etc. bought it to read my Christmas books this year, but ended up going back to my old favorite app Litz, since defunct & no longer sold, but probably still the best speed reader I’ve come across. Hopefully they plan to improve it & not just offer as a lite version to their original one.
