Easy to contribute and monitor our savings progress.

I hate this app, it’s only good if you want to see your total balance. To check if someone has made a gift contribution you have to go on the website instead.

Very easy to navigate the app, make reoccurring or one time contributions, direct deposit, manage funds, etc. no complaints.

My family has mad several donations before Christmas and they are still not reflected in the balance of this account. My niece has sent an email inquiring and I myself sent an email inquiring. We hear crickets!!!!!

App seems to be semi abandoned and not nearly as full featured as it should be.

I would be nice to see performance trends/metrics on the home (main screen)

I would like to perform withdrawals and changes to portfolio through the app. Probably a security issue seems like an obvious direction to go in to improve the app. Thank you for considering.

The app is ok but has limited features and kicks you out so you have to relogin. Investment options are limited as part of this program.

The 529 saving has worked out well for my niece. She is graduating from the university of Oklahoma in May 2025. We’ve been saving for a long time. The Ready Save app has not been around that long, but it’s been handy to check the balance. If you’re on the fence, get the app and start saving right away. College is expensive!

The back arrows don’t show up on the screen!!! So the user has to guess their location and tap in order to return to the prior screen. Not very intuitive design. Each page or a transaction should also have a Cancel button so the user can exit the current screen and return to the previous screen.
