I love this game but I’m getting so annoyed. I have almost 10 dollars in limbo often waiting 24+ hours for a game I already played to be matched! Customer service always replies with a generic message on issues. It takes days to get anywhere.
I tried emailing customer support today but that didn’t seem to work so, I’m trying this. I emailed earlier and explained that my card was charged $10 three times but my game account only reflects my having paid for only one. In my email this morning I asked that you stop payment on two of the charges while they were still only “pending” but that didn’t happen so, all three charges went through. Please refund $20 to my card. Also, I would like for you to email me back and let me know that this has been taken care of.
