Affordability Calculator is wrong
Hi, the latest update of version 1.1.10 on the Affordability Calculator is buggy and totally wrong calculations. It’s giving me $42,759 Max Purchase Price for a Fixed Income of $200,000. The affordability calculator is rather buggy after the update.

Useful and good app

Ipad version
Very good app, but only for mobile platform. When will the ipad version be out?
Search option
Currently, we need to scroll all the way to reach a particular block or street. If there’s a search option whereby when we key in the block no. It immediately takes us to that particular block or street or the transactions around that vicinity. Try to work as close as possible to the SRX agent connect fast search functions. TQVM. So far, a very good job done for initiating So Real app. It saves us some $.
Getting there
Not bad. Can see more improvements as the weeks goes by. Just need to stabilize the platform and stuffs. p/s: the reports are too many pages
