After the latest update, my payment methods got wiped out and every time I try to add a payment method, the app crashes without saving the payment method. Instead of getting to do a grocery pickup, I now have to physically go into a store to shop wasting valuable time. Guess I’ll do a Walmart pickup instead. They know how to update an app without wiping out my information.

The one struggle I have with the app is that it doesn’t give aisle number for items on my list. There are 4 different Reasors I frequent (Tulsa/Owasso/BA). Each is laid out differently. I spend lots of time wandering around.

Employees are always pleasant. Fresh produce and products.

Absolutely stock up when their meat sale hits!!

I thought the app worked great until the end when ads kept popping up. It was very annoying and didn’t tell me how to get out of it.

There are too many things I buy that can’t be found on the app. The deli section is very limited on cheeses. And baby Swiss cheese? Which brand? I want Red Bud but cannot select that over Dietz & Watson which is too dry. How do I select slice thickness? The app is just ok.

I was trying to send a message via the “contact us” section, and it kept resetting before I could finish the message.

I do not like this new online ordering site. The search feature is also lagging, but it always has been. There are items I know you have in the store, but I can’ t buy them online because they won’t come up. The latest is Canadian Bacon. I mean really!
