Since joining rebel a month ago, I’m still not able to access my account in this app or even in the website. Contacted rebel nothing done so far. Very disappointing and bad customer service. Looking to change suppliers soon if not fixed.

Stoped working after the new update, and now cannot submit meter readings.

I am grateful I have a buffer paid in advance to even things out when harsh winter comes

I’m a new customer with Rebel Energy and I’ve had clothing but problems. Worst of all is the app refuses to load

The app does not work! I’ve called you guys several times but nothing has been done. I don’t get any authorization link when I submit my email address. Please fix your app.

I moved to Rebel Energy2 months ago now and still cannot get into the app. It continually says it will generate an e-mail when I go into it which it never does. I’ve spoken to them (in South Africa) on multiple occasions and they’re unable to provide details of when it will ever be fixed. Utterly and completely useless. Pathetic

Absolutely terrible app. Takes multiple attempts to send readings, and then they usually just ignore it and come up with their own reading. Can’t load any of my bills, it’s practically unusable

Can look at electric but not gas

Just had a devastating message wanting us to pay £420 per month for duel fuel. Not sure why we were only asked for £120. I tried to change the direct debit, to £180. But this wasn’t done. We have now apparently wracked up a huge bill! We cannot pay this amount! We should have been paying a higher amount from the start! Sadly it was impossible to get any customer service from Rebel, they constantly ignored all my emails. I am sick of this poor customer service!

Rubbish app, insights don’t work, bills disappear so loads in credit but then again may owe them a fortune no one knows!!
