Der er forskellige reboot at vælge i mellem med tilsvarende madplan, dog er madplanen mangelfuld, da der ikke står antal gram ud fra den enkelte, hvilket ikke giver korrekt mængde. Forslag: i madplanen, hør det muligt at klikke på opskriften, hvor man får vist den i stedet for at skulle ind og ud på appen.

It helped me to go through my first 3 day reboot in my life. I never thought it's possible not to eat for 3 days. It was difficult in the beginning but I loved it.

So great, has shopping list, recipes and timetable each day of what to eat and when to eat and reminders! 👌🏼 I love something like this where your not left trying to figure out what to make or stuck with the same juice, it gives great variety and eases you into a good juice challenge!

I liked this app a lot and will use it again. However it is a bit temperamental in that when I am on some of the reboot daily tabs it is hard to navigate back to the former page. I tried to extend my reboot and was hoping it would be give me more days with menus but it only seemed to extend the number of days in the progress section. Not a huge deal but would be helpful.

I recommend this to anyone that will listen. These recipes are the best and easiest way to combine. I had so many issues that are completely gone and some are almost gone in just a few months.

I like the app but when I went to extend or end it, it keeps giving an error message sayin g to try again and nothing happens.

Unfortunately this is not a very good app. I purchased the upgrade to be able to access the meal plans and recipes. After purchasing the app still will not let me see the meal plans and recipes and continues to ask me to buy the upgrade again. I sent a report to the developer about the problem and haven’t heard anything back. The app frequently tells me there was an error logging in, so I can’t always get into the app. Asking for a refund.
