I’m sure the service is great once setup, but when on vacation here in Florence, I have an eSIM that doesn’t provide me with a local number (only data), and re-enabling my Canadian number would incur roaming charges. It would be great to have an option for us without a local number to register for an account still

The overall use of this app is great. Easy to use but VERY EXPENSIVE. If you grab a scooter that is broken without knowing they don’t reimburse you for your money. They charge you to unlock it even if you don’t use it. Also the battery sucks and I’ve been left in the middle of no where cuz I run out of juice.

Be careful!!!! Read this before use

They give you 2 free unlock and 3$ of free ride. After that they automaticly charge you 10$ to refill your wallet. To prevent that go to your wallet before your first ride and uncheck the option to automaticly refill the wallet. I wasnt able to empty my wallet before the end of my trip and you cant take your money back! Dont charge your wallet in the app let the app charge you each time you use it instead.

This service makes you load money on to your account and then gives you 2 “unlocks” to unlock scooters. After these 2 unlocks, there is NO way to get more and they run off with your money. I added €30 from the start and ended up losing €24 after running out of my two “unlocks” do not waste your money to these scammers
