I keep making payments with my Visa card, but I don’t know what’s happening. It always bring me to the previous page to make payment

To be sincere your services are top notched. I enjoy shopping for vouchers from your trusted platform buh the main issues is your payment gateway security. It's sometimes delay me for 24 hours for me to retry and it's not even sure it's will still go through. Pls do something. Don't lose customers. Probably do a general KYC for your customers it's better than heightened security for Payment gateway. Thanks.kudos

Recharge.com is the worst app ever, so frustrating and Annoying to use, everytime I tried to buy voucher from both the app and website, it always says payment unsuccessful, try again with another payment method and I have used all the payment method there, I used PayPal, debit card and credit card, all are saying same error message, I’m so tired of the app, you better find something to do about it if you want me to give you 5 stars.

The way the app’s layout it’s great. You can navigate looking at different plans and Payment options. The only think it doesn’t work is the button for a monthly reminder. Other than that amazing app. Thx!!!
