Can’t access without a code
You can no longer access the app unless you have a code from your agent. What a shame, this app used to be amazing for home buying.
Good app but freezes a lot
The design is great but it freezes in the most inopportune times. Please fix
Broken
Cannot search at all. Broken for at least the last month. Says “we are diligently working to fix this error” but it hasn’t been fixed and search does not work at all.
“Temporary Error”
Every time I try to do a search whether it be map, mls, or advanced, I get a “Temporary error that asks me to try again in a moment. This has been happening since installing the app on both my work (Apple) and personal (Android) version of this app rendering it unusable.
You can’t search for “sold” homes
This app is worthless because it doesn’t let you search for “recently sold” homes like every other real estate app does.

Fantastic For On the Go
5 stars to REColorado on producing a very cool and useful app. So far the app has been great much better than Homesnap. I also like the auto publish to Facebook listings update tool. Overall the app is awesome for when you’re out in the field.
Way better than Zillow Redfin Trulia and all the rest!
This is the Official Realtor’s MLS app so it’s 100% accurate. It’s the one we’ve been waiting for! It’s So easy to navigate and a great communication tool between realtor/client. If you are a serious buyer or seller in the Denver Metro area this app is a MUST HAVE. You can delete all the rest. You won’t need them anymore.
Finally!
This app has been so helpful in the first few days- finding listings is easy, scheduling showings is a breeze, and the interface is great. PLEASE ADD AUTO EMAIL SAVED SEARCHES! If somebody favorites a listing, I want to be able to go into the app to look at it. If the text alert could link to that instead of the map, even better.
