One of the best hotel apps (and low cost hotels)

I dont normally write product reviews and feedbacks but since I am so very impressed with this app, I thought why not. So, I cant believe I just texted the receptionist for extra hangers and an ice pack! She was very helpful, it took her less than a minute to respond to my text, and the hangers came in shortly after. For a low cost hotel without a telephone in each room, I think this app is pure genius. Truly low cost at the customers' comfort! Keep it up Red Planet hotels!

Express checkin not working

Hi pls fix your express check in in the app. not working!!!

Useless App

The mobile app is useless. Cannot be used for booking due to bad segment or application error. Hope you can fix it soon.

Update not working

After the latest update I cannot book online and retrieve my past bookings.

Unrecommended hotel

Very poor service, even its pandemic u should provide even a good service but failed to comply. You should provide thermos And glass to every room. Not all people dont like to drink tea or coffee.. if your reason is for safety purposes, will its not a reason! Its like you dont sanitize your room and things everytime the client check out!!! If you want your hotel recommended plz provide a good service

Nagpapa music sila tuwing umaga sobrang ingay parang hindi hotel nawawala ang standard ng hotel nila. Magadana pa naman sana

Useless chat app.

No phone. Need app to download. NO ONE WILL RESPONSE TO YOUR CHAT. Poor communication.

Unexpected

We booked for 3D2N. No bfast included kasi walang offer, pero na shock kami, kasi they dont provide your toothbrush and toothpaste, there's no drinking water too, no coffee or tea unlike the other hotels na same price nya. We chose it because we thought we will enjoy our stay here, you need to buy their kit - sleepers, toothbrush toothpaste at the front desk. No phone inside the room, there is only one phone near the elevator. Clean naman and approachable mga staffs. Kaso never again. 😞 but, thank you.

App is very useful

I always use this if I need to contact the front desk of the hotel thru chat. I also appreciate the tool where you can also call the fd using this. Thanks
