Can’t log in, just get error, I try to reset password and never get email. Nothing works.

Having to manually type in all of your information instead of just using your Apple acct like every other food app is pretty annoying. And no Apple Pay on top if it? Just go back to phone orders at this point.

I needed one more burger to earn a reward, and I was going to get that burger prior to the change, but they prematurely cut off access 3 days early so that I couldn’t get the last item. Then they turned my 90% progress into 30%. The whole rewards program is a sham. Defining new terms so that you don’t have to provide rewards. Who does that? Not companies that want customers, that’s for sure.

This app is constantly glitchy and currently unable to add additional cards to pay (the zip code field doesn’t allow updating and won’t let new cards be used — must order online outside of the app to pay with a different card).

$400 Catering order / burger bar. Barely had enough chips for half the group.

Easy to use app, always good food. Not enough sauces, they only allow 5 regardless of whether you have one entree or 10.

When you go to checkout is says there is a issue with the contents of your order. It’s been doing this for over a year now
