Much recommended-Great service. We hired the taxi services from Red Taxi .The vehicle provided was a good one and our driver was very helpful and reliable person.The pricing for our trip was also reasonable amount. Worst

Worst booking department. Even after confirming the trip multiple times. Only on trip day morning 4.30 after calling again they assigned the trip. 5 am trip has to be started. Called driver at 4.30 he told that just red taxi just assigning the trip now. Will take bath and finish all my morning duties and will come like. Cheating the customers. He came very late. Spoilers

Fake app

The app didn’t work in my city! So the money I transferred is now stuck with them! They dont allow you to withdraw! Pathetic! Give me my money back! I have reached out to their customer support email,no responses yet
