The app freezes when I am rating my ride
Without bus number and details redbus showing their profile. And they are cancelling without telling anything and refund also not giving
I have been using Redbus for 7 years, I book minimum 3-4 tickets per month because I travel a lot. I have faced many issues because of Redbus throughout the years but I never complained. But today they crossed all the limits, I booked my train ticket well in advanced but I got waitlisted. As I didn’t have any option so I had to book a bus ticket from Redbus just in case I don’t get my ticket confirmed. Now I have two tickets for same journey, but redbus is not helping in this situation, I am unable to cancel the ticket or reschedule it.
The driver was really good. Bus departed and arrived on time.
Initially, I had the worst experience with redBus. I booked a bus that never arrived, leaving me stranded in the rain for hours with no response from customer support. It was extremely frustrating, and I felt helpless in such a terrible situation. However, I must acknowledge that redBus has since refunded my booking amount. While I appreciate the refund, the experience itself was unacceptable and caused a lot of stress. This incident has left me with mixed feelings about the app. The refund is a step in the right direction, but the lack of accountability and support during the crisis still remains a concern. Proceed with caution if you choose to use this service.

I had booked a bus from Coimbatore (CBE) to Gudalur (GDR), and when I called the bus operator to inquire about the pickup location (which was not mentioned on the ticket), I discovered that RedBus had not informed the operator about any bus allocation. Despite this, RedBus listed the bus as available and allowed customers to purchase tickets. This raises a concern—without even having the bus service in place, they were selling tickets. After the bus was canceled, I contacted RedBus for a refund, and they told me they needed to confirm with the bus operator before processing it. I waited for three days, but they kept telling me that the bus operator was not answering calls. So, I called the bus operator directly and asked them to inform RedBus about the cancellation. However, the bus operator confirmed that RedBus hadn't even notified them about the issue. Additionally, they mentioned that they would only be allocating buses in February, which is confusing. This situation suggests that RedBus is listing buses they don't have, collecting payments from customers, and not issuing refunds. It has been 7 days, and still no proper action has been taken. This has been the worst experience for me

the worst app i have ever seen and deleting this app right now because there policy are not good for customers and there team is also worst i would peefer you to delete this app as soon as possbille
