Great app but theres an error
Cant seem to get over an error when submitting the design. Any way i can fix this?

자꾸 에러가 뜹니다. error problem
앱을 사용한지 얼마 안 되었지만, 인테리어 소품과 디자인이 마음에 들어서 꾸준히 사용하고 있습니다. 다만 얼마 전부터 완성한 인테리어를 업로드하려고 하면 'Something went wrong.' 이라고 떠지며 다음 단계로 넘어갈 수가 없어요.. 빠른 해결법 부탁드립니다. Recently, there is an error problem before Submitting my interior design. That's why I can't play the next step. I really want you to give me solution quickly!
They want your money badly
This game is fun at first until you realize the amount of money needed to make a half decent design submission is astronomical. At this point you realize the developers only care about profitability and not user experience. Due to this expensiveness of the items in the game many users cannot enjoy the game without spending copious amounts of money. Every system like the designer ranking system and the voting system even is designed to make people want to spend money. I want to like this game but this singular factor makes it difficult to continue playing.

인태리어디자이너가 꿈인 12살 소녀 입니다. 항상 인태리어 앱을 깔면,퍼즐 맞추고 인태리어 해야되서 귀찮아서 항상 꾸준히 안했었는데, 이 앱은 퍼즐 없이 디자인만 할수 있어서 너무 편하네요! 매일은 아니여도 가끔 들어가서 한달은 꾸준히 하는것 같네요! 아쉬운점이 있다면.... 언어가 영어 밖에 없어서 좀 힘들다는 거에요! 다른 언어도 추가 해주시면 좋겠네요ṑṑ 감사합니다! 매일 꾸준히 할깨요🩷

기존 ID를 삭제하고 새로 시작하고 싶다 게임을 지운 후에 설치해도 기존 ID가 삭제되지 않는다

두번이나 결재는 돼서 메일로 영수증까지 왔는데 게임내에서 골드는 그대로에요 이리저리 뒤져봐도 결재에러에 대한 메뉴나 설명도 없고 어떻게하면 좋을까요
