Hides important history. Won’t correct mistakes.
What I find with this app is they hide important information from buyers like how many times a property has been taken off market and returned to market, how many times the price has been dropped etc like you can find on apps like Zillow which does not help you make informed decisions. I own a property that Redfin has listed the address incorrectly where I provided them proof with property taxes and mortgage. They refuse to correct the information and point to the company that scrapes data for them. Redfin had room count wrong, bathroom count wrong, unit count wrong, number of parking spots wrong and still refuse to correct the proper address. If you find a property on here, you’ll need to look elsewhere for good and correct information.
